LIGAMENTO MEDIANO DE GRÜBER

 
    Es uno de los ligamentos de fijación de la glándula tiroides. Está formado por una lamina fibrosa que se inserta por arriba en el tubérculo cricoideo, entre las inserciones de los dos músculos crico-tiroideos, y por el otro extremo en el la vaina peritiroidea a nivel de la cara posterior y borde superior del istmo de la glándula tiroides así como en los primeros anillos traqueales.
   Sinónimos: ligamento suspensorio del istmo de Wölffler, ligamento mediano de Wenzel Grüber.
 
   <(A): Grüber's median ligament: this is one of the fixation ligaments of the thyroid gland. It is formed by a fibrous lamina that is inserted at the top into the cricoid tuber, between the insertions of the two cricothyroid muscles, and at the other end into the perithyroid sheath at the level of the posterior face and upper edge of the isthmus of the thyroid gland as well as in the first tracheal rings.
   Synonyms: suspensory ligament of the isthmus of Wölffler, median ligament of Wenzel Grüber.
 
   <(F): Ligament médian de Grüber: c'est l'un des ligaments de fixation de la glande thyroïde. Il est formé par une lame fibreuse qui est insérée, à sa partie supérieure, dans le tubercule cricoïde, entre les insertions des deux muscles cricothyroïdes, et à son autre extrémité dans la gaine périthyroïde au niveau de la face postérieure et du bord supérieur de l'isthme de la glande thyroïde ainsi que dans les premiers anneaux trachéaux.
   Synonymes : ligament suspenseur de l'isthme de Wölffler, ligament médian de Wenzel Grüber.
