Están formados por tractos fibroelásticos situados en el interior de los repliegues faringoepiglóticos. No están perfectamente individualizados. Están dispuestos transversalmente, insertándose sobre los bordes laterales de la epiglotis, desde donde se prolongan hacia afuera, hacia la pared faríngea y contactan con la membrana elástica. Se continúan igualmente con los fascículos epiglóticos del músculo faringo-estafilino y se pierden bajo la mucosa de la faringe.
<(A): Pharyngo-epiglottische Bänder: Diese werden durch fibroelastische Bahnen gebildet, die sich innerhalb der Pharyngo-epiglottischen Falten befinden. Sie sind NICHT perfekt individualisiert. Sie sind quer angeordnet und schieben sich über die seitlichen Ränder der Kehldeckel, von wo aus sie sich nach außen zur Rachenwand hin erstrecken und die elastische Membran berühren. Sie setzen sich auch mit den epiglottischen Faszikeln des Pharyngo-Stahyllin-Muskels fort und gehen unter der Rachenschleimhaut verloren.
<(F): Ligaments pharyngo-épiglottiques: ils sont formés par des voies fibroélastiques situées à l'intérieur des plis pharyngo-épiglottiques. Ils ne sont PAS parfaitement individualisés. Ils sont disposés transversalement, s'insérant sur les bords latéraux de l'épiglotte, d'où ils s'étendent vers l'extérieur en direction de la paroi pharyngée et entrent en contact avec la membrane élastique. Ils se poursuivent également avec les faisceaux épiglottiques du muscle pharyngo-staphyllin et se perdent sous la muqueuse pharyngée.

They are arranged transversely, inserting themselves over the lateral edges of the epiglottis, from where they extend outwards towards the pharyngeal wall and contact the elastic membrane. They also continue with the epiglottic fascicles of the pharyngo-staphylline muscle and are lost under the pharyngeal mucosa.
