LIGAMENTOS TIROARITENOIDEOS SUPERIORES

 

   Ocupan el cuerpo interior de las bandas ventriculares dándolas relieve y formando en su interior el armazón fibroelástico de las mismas, son más finos y gráciles que los inferiores, presentando ambos una disposición muy similar. Se insertan por delante en la escotadura tiroidea, a 3 o 4 mm por encima de los ligamentos inferiores. Por atrás, se insertan en el tercio medio de la cara antero-externa de los cartilagos aritenoides y en la fosita hemisférica.
   Sinónimos: ligamentos ventriculares o vestibulares.
 
   <(A.): Obere Schilddrüsenbänder: sie nehmen den inneren Körper der Ventrikelbänder ein, geben ihnen Entlastung und bilden das fibroelastische Gerüst der Bänder. Sie sind dünner und graziöser als die unteren Bänder und beide haben eine sehr ähnliche Disposition. Sie werden von vorne in die Schilddrüsenkerbe, 3 oder 4 mm oberhalb der Unterbänder, eingeführt. Von hinten werden sie im mittleren Drittel der antero-äußerlichen Fläche der aritenoiden Knorpel und im hemisphärischen Phyosit eingesetzt.

   <(F.): Ligaments thyroïdiens supérieurs: ils occupent la partie interne des bandes ventriculaires, leur donnant du relief et formant le cadre fibroélastique des bandes. Ils sont plus fins et plus gracieux que les inférieurs, et tous deux ont une disposition très similaire. Ils sont insérés par l'avant dans l'encoche thyroïdienne, 3 ou 4 mm au-dessus des ligaments inférieurs. De l'arrière, ils sont insérés dans le tiers moyen de la face antéro-externe des cartilages des ariténoïdes et dans le phyosite hémisphérique.

   <(In): Superior thyroaritenoid ligaments: they occupy the inner body of the ventricular bands, giving them relief and forming the fibroelastic framework of the bands. They are thinner and more graceful than the lower ones, and both have a very similar disposition. They are inserted from the front into the thyroid notch, 3 or 4 mm above the lower ligaments. From the back, they are inserted in the middle third of the antero-external face of the aritenoid cartilages and in the hemispheric phyosite.
