HIPOACUSIA CONDUCTIVA.

 
  Son las producidas por lesión el sistema de transmisión de los sonidos: CAE, membrana timpánica, cadena osicular, ventanas, líquidos y membrana basilar. Este tipo de hipoacusias en principio puede considerarse como recuperables, consiguiéndose la reversibilidad de la hipoacusia con tratamiento médico o quirúrgico.
   Sinónimos: Hipoacusia de transmisión o de conducción.
 
   <(A.): Schallleitungsschwerhörigkeit: tritt auf, wenn die Schallübertragung im Außen- oder Mittelohr gestört ist. Überschüssiges Ohrenschmalz, ein Loch im Trommelfell oder eine Ohrinfektion können eine Schallleitungsschwerhörigkeit verursachen. Diese Art von Verlust kann oft medizinisch oder chirurgisch behandelt werden, wenn sie rechtzeitig erkannt wird. Wenn die medizinische Behandlung den Hörverlust nicht vollständig beheben kann, können Hörgeräte angezeigt sein. Die Prognose einer erfolgreichen Nutzung von Hörgeräten ist bei Schallleitungsschwerhörigkeit typischerweise sehr gut.
 
    <(F.): Surdité de transmission: constitue un des trois grands types de surdité rencontré chez l'être humain. Les surdités de transmission s'expliquent par une affection de l'oreille externe ou de l'oreille moyenne empêchant la transmission de vibrations sonores vers l'oreille interne.
 
   <(In.): Conductive hearing loss: occurs when there is a breakdown of sound transference in the outer or middle ear. Excess wax, a hole in the eardrum, or an ear infection can cause conductive hearing loss. This type of loss can often be treated medically or surgically if caught in time. If medical treatment cannot completely resolve the hearing loss, hearing aids may be indicated. The prognosis of successful hearing aid use is typically very good with conductive hearing loss.
