HEAPATITIS E.

 
   Proceso de reciente incorporación a la patología hepática, aunque el virus que la produce se conocía hace años. Se caracteriza por su carácter endémico. Se produce con mayor frecuencia entre adultos-jóvenes (20-40 años). Se transmite por vía feco-oral, por ingestión de agua contaminada con residuos fecales. Es más común en países poco desarrollados. En las embarazadas que padecen este proceso su mortalidad es mayor (20%). La sintomatología es similar a la de la hepatitis por virus A.
 
   <(A.): Hepatitis E: Prozess der kürzlich erfolgten Inkorporation in die Leberpathologie, obwohl das Virus, das sie hervorruft, schon vor Jahren bekannt war. Sie ist durch ihre endemische Natur gekennzeichnet. Sie tritt häufiger bei jungen Erwachsenen (20-40 Jahre) auf. Die Übertragung erfolgt über den fäkal-oralen Weg, durch die Aufnahme von mit fäkalen Abfällen verunreinigtem Wasser. In weniger entwickelten Ländern ist sie häufiger anzutreffen. Schwangere Frauen, die unter diesem Prozess leiden, haben eine höhere Sterblichkeitsrate (20%). Die Symptome ähneln denen des Hepatitis-A-Virus.
 
   <(F.): Hépatitie E: hépatite épidémique de transmission oro-fécale, ne passant pas à la chronicité, observée surtout en Asie et en Afrique, due à un Hepevirus, petit virus à ARN isolé en 1989 par Bradley et dont la détection se fait par réaction immuno-enzymatique (ELISA). Elle constitue une faible partie des hépatites non A-non B 
 
   <(In.): Hepatitis E: this represents a form of viral hepatitis that cannot be determined to be hepatitis A, B, C or D through testing. It is a process of recent incorporation into liver pathology, although the virus that produces it was known years ago. It is characterised by its endemic nature. It occurs more frequently among young adults (20-40 years). It is transmitted by the faecal-oral route, by ingestion of water contaminated with faecal waste. It is more common in less developed countries.  The symptoms are similar to those of hepatitis A virus.
