ASTA SUPERIOR DEL CARTÍLAGO TIROIDES

 

   Tuberculum thyroideum superius: prolongación del borde superior  del cartílago tiroides en su extremo superior a forma de apófisis. Son más largos que los inferiores. Miden en torno a 10 a 15 mm. No están situados en el mismo plano que la placa lateral del cartílago, sino que se dirigen oblicuamente hacia arriba y hacia adentro. Dan inserción al ligamento tiro-hioideo lateral.
   Sinónimos: asta mayor del cartílago tiroides, cuerno superior del cartílago tiroides.
 
   <(A):  Überlegener Schilddrüsentuberkel: Verlängerung der oberen Grenze des Schilddrüsenknorpels am oberen Ende zur Apophyse. Sie sind länger als die unteren. Sie messen etwa 10 bis 15 mm. Sie befinden sich nicht in der gleichen Ebene wie die Seitenplatte des Knorpels, sondern sind schräg nach oben und innen gerichtet. Sie geben dem seitlichen Tiro-Hyoid-Band eine Insertion.
 
   <(F.): Tubercule thyroïdien supérieur: prolongement du bord supérieur du cartilage thyroïdien dans son extrémité supérieure à l'apophyse. Ils sont plus longs que les inférieurs. Ils mesurent environ 10 à 15 mm. Ils ne sont pas situés dans le même plan que la plaque latérale du cartilage, mais sont dirigés obliquement vers le haut et vers l’intérieur. Ils donnent une insertion au ligament tiro-hyoïde latéral.
 
   <(In.):  Superior thyroid tubercle: prolongation of the superior border of the thyroid cartilage in its upper end to the apophysis. They are longer than the lower ones. They measure around 10 to 15 mm. They are not located in the same plane as the lateral plate of the cartilage, but are directed obliquely upwards and inwards. They give insertion to the lateral tiro-hyoide ligament.
