LIGAMENTOS TIROARITENOIDEOS INFERIORES

 

   Ligamentum cricoarytenoideum: formación fibro-elástica, bilateral, dispuesta horizontalmente en sentido antero-posterior, constituido por un engrosamiento de la membrana cricovocal. Ocupan el interior de las CV contribuyendo a darlas forma bajo la mucosa. Recorre a lo largo el borde libre de la cuerda junto a la musculatura tiroaritenoidea de cuyos haces mediales está rodeado. En su extremidad posterior se insertan en las apófisis vocales de los aritenoides, en su extremidad anterior se inserta a cada lado de la línea media en la parte inferior de la escotadura tiroidea del CT, por debajo de la inserción del ligamento tiro-epiglótico.
   Sinónimos: ligamentos de la cuerda vocal inferior, ligamentos vocales, ligamento vocal de Sebileau.
 
   <(A.): Untere arytenoide Ligamente: Fibro-elastische Bildung, bilateral, horizontal in antero-posteriorer Richtung angeordnet, die durch eine Verdickung der Krikoidea-Membran gebildet wird. Sie besetzen das Innere der VCs und tragen zu ihrer Form unter der Schleimhaut bei. Sie verläuft entlang des freien Randes des Stranges neben der Schilddrüsenmuskulatur, deren mediale Strahlen sie umgeben. In der hinteren Extremität wird es in die Stimmapophysen der Aritenoiden eingeführt, in der vorderen Extremität wird es auf jeder Seite der Mittellinie am unteren Ende der CT-Schilddrüsenkerbe, unterhalb der Einführung des Thyreo-Epiglottikbandes, eingeführt.
   Synonyme: untere Stimmbandbänder, Sebileau-Stimmband.
 
   <(F.): Ligaments aryténoïdes inférieurs: formation fibro-élastique, bilatérale, disposée horizontalement dans une direction antéro-postérieure, constituée par un épaississement de la membrane cricovocale. Ils occupent l'intérieur des CV, contribuant à leur forme sous la muqueuse. Il longe le bord libre du cordon à côté de la musculature thyroïde dont il est entouré par les faisceaux médians. A son extrémité postérieure, il est inséré dans les apophyses vocales des ariténoïdes, à son extrémité antérieure, il est inséré de part et d'autre de la ligne médiane au fond de l'échancrure thyroïdienne du CT, sous l'insertion du ligament thyro-épiglottique.
   Synonymes : ligaments inférieurs des cordes vocales, ligament vocal de Sebileau.
 
   <(In): Inferior arytenoid ligaments: fibro-elastic formation, bilateral, arranged horizontally in an antero-posterior direction, constituted by a thickening of the cricovocal membrane. They occupy the interior of the VCs, contributing to their shape under the mucosa. It runs along the free edge of the cord next to the thyroaritenoid musculature whose medial beams it is surrounded by. In its posterior extremity it is inserted into the vocal apophyses of the aritenoids, in its anterior extremity it is inserted on each side of the midline at the bottom of the CT thyroid notch, below the insertion of the thyro-epiglottic ligament.
