LIGAMENTO HIOEPIGLÓTICO

 

   Ligamentum hyoepiglotticum: ligamento elástico de la eìglotis que se extiende desde la parte basal de la cara lingual del cartílago epiglótico al hueso hioideo y especialemente a su apófisis lingual. En su parte ventral se mezcla con la parte correspondiente de la membrana tirohioidea ya que ambas estructuras se insertan juntas en el hioides.
   Sinónimos: membrana hioepiglótica.
 
   <(A): Hyoepiglottic Ligament: Ligament: Ligament erstreckt sich von der Vorderfläche der Epiglottis bis zum oberen Rand des Zungenbeins, ist eine dichte, Bindegewebsstruktur. schützt die präepiglottischen und paraglotischen Räume und trennt so die Zungenbasis und den supraglottischen Kehlkopf, der den oberen Teil des Kehlkopfes bildet und die Epiglottis und einen Teil der aryepiglotischen Falten beinhaltet. Dieses Band dient als Barriere für den präepiglotischen Raum.
 
   <(F): Ligament hyo-épiglottique:ligament élastique de l'eiglotis s'étendant de la partie basale de la face linguale du cartilage épiglottique à l'os basohyoïde et au processus lingual de l'hyoïde. Dans sa partie ventrale, il est mélangé avec la partie correspondante de la membrane thyroïdienne.
 
   <(Ing): Hyoepiglottic ligament: ligament extends from the epiglottis's anterior surface to the hyoid bone's upper border, is a dense, connective tissue structure. protects the preepiglottic and paraglottic spaces, thus separating the tongue base and the supraglottic larynx, which is the top portion of the larynx and includes the epiglottis and part of the aryepiglottic folds. This ligament serves as a barrier for the preepiglottic space.
