NERVIO AURICULOTEMPORAL

 
   Nervus auriculotemporalis: rama del maxilar inferior compuesto de forma mixta por fibras del sistema parasimpático (que inervan a las glándulas salivares) y del sistema simpático (que inervan a los vasos subcutáneos y las glándulas ecrinas), da además sensibilidad a la articulación temporomandibular, al trago y a la porción ascendente del hélix.
 
    <(A): Nervus auriculotemporalis: ist ein Ast des Nervus mandibularis, der mit der Arteria temporalis superficialis und der Vena temporalis verläuft und verschiedene Regionen an der Seite des Kopfes sensorisch innerviert. Äste: Akustikusäste, zum äußeren Gehörgang; Aurikularäste: vordere Aurikularäste zum Tragus; Gelenkäste zum Kiefergelenk; Parotisäste, parasympathische sekretomotorische Fasern zur Ohrspeicheldrüse, die im Ganglion oticum weiterleiten und zum Nervus auriculotemporalis ziehen; Temporaläste; kutane Äste zur Haut der Schläfenregion. Wurzel: Die sensorische Wurzel stammt von den sensorischen Kernen, die vom spinalen Trigeminuskern aus der Substantia gelatinosa der oberen Halsregion zum Mark ziehen, und dem pontinen Kern, der im Boden des 4.    <(F): Nerf auriculotemporal: ce nerf branche du contingent sensitif du nerf V3, donne des branches sous-cutanées en regard du tragus. Il innerve la zone auriculaire et temporale superficielle.
 
   <(Ing): Auriculotemporal nerve: is a branch of the mandibular nerve that runs with the superficial temporal artery and vein, and provides sensory innervation to various regions on the side of the head. Branches: acousti branches, to the external acoustic meatus; Auricular branches: anterior auricular branches to the tragus; Articular branches to temporomandibular joint; Parotid branches, parasympathetic secretomotor fibers to the parotid gland which relay in the otic ganglion and pass to the auriculotemporal nerve; Temporal branches; Cutaneous branches to skin of temporal region. Root: Sensory root is from the sensory nuclei extending from the spinal nucleus of trigeminal from the substantia gelatinosa of the upper cervical region to the medulla, and the pontine nucleus which lies in the floor of the 4th ventricle. This extends to the midbrain mesencephalic nucleus of V.
