ESCOTADURA INTERARITENOIDEA

 
 
   Incisura interaryténoidea: depresión situada a nivel medial-posterior en el orificio superior de la laringe, delimitada entre el relieve de los dos cartílagos de Santorini y dos dos aritenoides. Las dimensiones de esta hendidura varían mucho individualmente y cambian según la altura del sonido emitido durante la fonación. La hendidura está abierta con la laringe en reposos y se cierra durante la fonación.
   Sinónimos: incisura interaritenoidea, rimula vestibular, rima vestibular, glotis intercartilaginosa.
 
   <(A.): Interarytenoid not least: der Kehlkopfeinlass wird vorne durch die Kehldeckel begrenzt; hinten durch die Spitzen der arytenoiden Knorpel, die Kehlkopfknorpel (die bei Schleimhautbedeckung den Kehlkopftuberkel bilden) und die Interarytenoidkerbe; und auf beiden Seiten durch eine Schleimhautfalte, die Band- und Muskelfasern umschließt, die zwischen der Seite der Kehldeckel und dem Scheitelpunkt des arytenoiden Knorpels gespannt sind; dies ist die aryepiglottische Falte, auf deren hinterem Teil des Randes der keilförmige Knorpel eine mehr oder weniger ausgeprägte weißliche Hervorhebung bildet, der keilförmige Tuberkel.
 
   <(F.): Incisure interaryténoïdienne: fente médiane verticale prolongeant en arrière et en bas l’orifice supérieur pharyngien du larynx entre les deux cartilages corniculés et l’extrémité supérieure des deux cartilages aryténoïdes. Revetue par la muqueuse que tapisse latérelment les ligaments crico-aryténoidiens postérieurs, elle descend jusqu´au muscle arytenoidien transverse et surplombe la glotte cartilagineurse.

   <(In): Interarytenoid noch: the laryngeal inlet  is bounded, in front, by the epiglottis; behind, by the apices of the arytenoid cartilages, the corniculate cartilages (forming the corniculate tubercle when mucosa covered), and the interarytenoid notch; and on either side, by a fold of mucous membrane, enclosing ligamentous and muscular fibers, stretched between the side of the epiglottis and the apex of the arytenoid cartilage; this is the aryepiglottic fold, on the posterior part of the margin of which the cuneiform cartilage forms a more or less distinct whitish prominence, the cuneiform tubercle.
