DISFAGIA

      
   Dificultad en el transporte de los alimentos hacia el estómago. Alteración de la deglución. Síntoma de etiología múltiple con alteraciones localizadas o difusas de estructuras implicadas en el mecanismo de la deglución.
 
   <(F): Dysphagie: dysphagie est une sensation de gêne ou de blocage lors de la déglutition induisant un trouble de la traversée de l'hypo-pharynx ou de l'œsophage par des aliments préalablement mastiqués et insalivés. A ne pas confondre avec la boule hystérique qui est une sensation de constriction pharyngée permanente cédant à l'ingestion alimentaire.
 
   <(Ing): Dysphagia: difficulty in swallowing which may result from neuromuscular disorder or mechanical obstruction. Dysphagia is classified into two distinct types: oropharyngeal dysphagia due to malfunction of the pharynx and upper esophageal sphincter; and esophageal dysphagia due to malfunction of the esophagus.
