Infección craneofacial crónica supurativa con aparición de granulomas, producida por bacterias filamentosas, anaerobias estrictas, del género Actinomyces.
<(F): Actinomyc ose cervico-faciale: lest la forme clinique la plus fréquente (55 %) de láctinomycose. L’infection, qui débute par une lésion des muqueuses buccales, des gencives ou du pharynx, est favorisée par une hygiène bucco-dentaire déficiente ou un traumatisme oral. Elle se présente sous forme d’une tuméfaction sous-cutanée indolore, le plus souvent au niveau de la mâchoire.
