Término para denominar cualquiera de las enfermedades que afectan al tejido conectivo, las cuales, al estar este ampliamente representado en todo el organismo, son generalmente sistémicas.
<(A.): Kollagenosen: bei Bindegewebserkrankungen handelt es sich um eine uneinheitliche Gruppe von bestimmten Autoimmunerkrankungen, die sich bei systemischem Befall vorwiegend an Bindegewebe und Blutgefäßen abspielen. Im Prinzip kann jedes Organ befallen werden. Eine Rolle bei der Diagnosefindung spielen organunspezifische Autoantikörper gegen Zellkernmaterial (antinukleäre Antikörper). Die Ursache der Kollagenosen ist noch ungeklärt. Es ist auch nicht geklärt, ob die antinukleären Antikörper Ursache, Folge oder Begleiterscheinung der Krankheit sind. Viele Kollagenosen haben ähnliche Symptome, weshalb sie häufig erst im weiteren Krankheitsverlauf diagnostiziert werden.
