Musculus auricularis anterior: músculo extrínseco del pabellón auricular situado en su cara anterior. Va de la espina del hélix y del borde anterior de la concha a la aponeurosis epicranéana temporal. Inervado por el nervio facial. Su función es mover ligeramente la oreja hacia delante.

   <(F): Muscle auriculaire antérieur: situe en avant de l´oreille externe. Il nait de la lame superficielle du fascia temporal et se termine sur l´épine de l´hélix.

   <(Ing): Anterior auricular muscle: the smallest of the three auriculares muscles, is thin and fan-shaped, and its fibers are pale and indistinct. It arises from the lateral edge of the galea aponeurotica, and its fibers converge to be inserted into a projection on the front of the helix.
