Manubrium mallei: parte inferior del hueso martillo que se inserta en la capa media de la membrana timpánica.

   <(F.): Manche du marteau: longue apophyse dirigée en arrière en bas, il se termine par l'ombilic qui est étroitement inclus dans le tympan; le reste du manche est moins adhèrent sur le reste du trajet où il est facile de le détacher chirurgicalement de cette membrane.
