LIGAMENTOS ARITENOEPIGLÓTICOS

 
   Están situados en el interior de los repliegues aríteno-epiglóticos y forman parte del esqueleto elástico del vestíbulo laríngeo. Por delante se insertan en los bordes laterales del cartílago epiglótico y del ligamento tiro-epiglótico. Por detrás se inserta en el borde interno y en la parte adyacente de la cara antero-externa de los Cartilagos aritenoides.
   Sinónimos: membranas cuadrangulares de Tourtual.
 
   <(A.): Arythenoepiglottiche Bänder: Diese befinden sich innerhalb der arythenoepiglottichen Falten und sind Teil des elastischen Skeletts des Kehlkopfvorhofs. Vorn werden sie an den seitlichen Rändern des epiglottischen Knorpels und des Thyreo-Epiglottischen Bandes eingesetzt. Sie werden von hinten an der Innenkante und angrenzend an die antero-externe Seite der arytenoiden Knorpel eingesetzt.
   Synonyme: Die viereckigen Membranen von Tourtual.
 
   <(F.): Ligaments arythéno-épiglottiques: ils sont situés à l'intérieur des plis arythéno-épiglottiques et font partie du squelette élastique du vestibule laryngé. A l'avant, ils sont insérés sur les bords latéraux du cartilage épiglottique et du ligament thyro-épiglottique. De l'arrière, ils sont insérés au bord interne et adjacent au côté antéro-externe des cartilages aryténoïdes.
   Synonymes: Membranes quadrangulaires de Tourtual.
 
   <(In): Arythenoepiglottic ligaments: these are located inside the arytheno-epiglottic folds and are part of the elastic skeleton of the laryngeal vestibule. At the front they are inserted at the lateral edges of the epiglottic cartilage and the thyro-epiglottic ligament. From the rear, they are inserted at the inner edge and adjacent to the antero-external side of the arytenoid cartilages.
   Synonyms: Tourtual's quadrangular membranes.
