LARINGOFARINGE

 

   Pars laryngea pharynges: es la porción más baja de la faringe corresponde a hipofaringe o laringofaringe que se extiende desde el borde superior de la epiglotis hasta el borde inferior del cartílago cricoides. Presenta dos recesos laterales y una apertura medial. El hiato laríngeo o aditus laríngeo es el orificio de entrada a la vía respiratoria. A los laterales se extienden los senos piriformes, como depresiones en la mucosa que alojan entre ambos la eminencia laríngea, por arriba se ralacionan con el repliegue faringoepiglótico que separa el seno piriforme de la valécula.
 
   <(A.): Laryngopharynx: ist der unterste Teil des Rachens, der dem Hypopharynx oder Laryngopharynx entspricht und sich vom oberen Rand der Epiglottis bis zum unteren Rand des Ringknorpels erstreckt. Sie hat zwei seitliche Aussparungen und eine mediale Öffnung. Die Kehlkopflänge oder der Kehlkopf-Aditus ist das Eintrittsloch in die Atemwege. Zu den Seiten erstrecken sich die pyriformen Nebenhöhlen, als Vertiefungen in der Schleimhaut, die sich zwischen den beiden Kehlkopfformen ansiedeln, oben balancieren sie mit dem pharyngoepiglotischen Rückzug, der die pyriforme Sinus von der Valecula trennt
 
   <(F.): Laryngopharynx: partie inférieure du pharynx correspondant à l'hypopharynx ou laryngopharynx qui s'étend du bord supérieur de l'épiglotte au bord inférieur du cartilage cricoïde. Il possède deux évidements latéraux et une ouverture médiane. Le hiatus laryngé ou aditus laryngé est le trou d'entrée des voies respiratoires. Aux côtés s'étendent les sinus pyriformes, comme des dépressions dans la muqueuse qui se logent entre les deux éminences laryngées, au sommet ils sont en équilibre avec le retrait pharyngoepiglottique qui sépare le sinus pyriforme de la valécula.

It has two lateral recesses and a medial opening. The laryngeal hiatus or laryngeal aditus is the entrance hole to the airway.
