Tumor odontogénico de la región premolar mandibular, poco frecuente. Aparece más en menores de 20 años. Produce inflamación de áreas afectadas con imágenes radiográficas sugestivas de quiste uniloculado. Baja agresividad y recurrencia, muy rara vez metastásico. Sinónimo: dentinoma. <(F): Fibroma améloblastique. fibro-odontome améloblastique: malformations assez rares et font partie des tumeurs odontogéniques. Ils se développent habituellement de manière asymptomatique. Il est difficile de faire la distinction histologique entre ces différentes lésions. <(Ing): Ameloblastic fibroma, ameloblastic fibro-odontoma: as a neoplasm composed of proliferating odontogenic epithelium embedded in a cellular ectomesenchymal tissue that resembles dental papilla, and with varying degrees of inductive change and dental hard tissue formation. Clinically, this neoplasm behaves as a slow-growing, well-encapsulated, benign lesion, and it is frequently asymptomatic.
