Domenico Felice Antonio Cotugno (1736-1822). Anatómico catedrático de Nápoles, que en su obra De Aquaeductibus Auris Humanae Internae Anatomica Dissertatio, describe el acueducto coclear y vestibular, demostrando que están llenos de líquido y no de aire como hasta entonces se creía.
