Conducto formado por un vestigio embrionario que se origina en la cara interna del antro, por encima del CSE y circula por el bucle del CSS, comunica el antro con la fosa subarcuata, situada por encima y por detrás del CAI y deja paso a algunas vénulas aferentes del seno petroso superior.
