Arteria inferior anterior cerebelli: arteria inconstante que nace del tronco basilar, atraviesa el espacio ponto-cerebeloso junto al pedículo acústio-facial y termina en el flóculo cerebeloso. Se encarga de irrigar la parte más anterior de la cara inferior del cerebelo. Su rama colateral más importante es la arteria auditiva interna. Se conoce por sus siglas en ingles: AICA.

   Sinónimo: arteria cerebelosa media.

   <(F): Artère cérébelleuse antéro-inférieure, artère cérébelleuse moyenne: branche de l'artère basillaire, vascularisant la partie antérieure du vermis, la région des noyaux centraux des nerfs facials et vestibulocochléaires et une partie des lobes cérébélleux.

   <(Ing): Anterior inferior cerebellar artery: passes backward to be distributed to the anterior part of the under surface of the cerebellum, anastomosing with the posterior inferior cerebellar branch of the vertebral. It supplies the anterior inferior quarter of the cerebellum.
